Emma is an associate solicitor. She is highly experienced in all aspects of employment law, with a particular emphasis on performance issues, misconduct, redundancy, unfair or constructive dismissal and discrimination. Emma also advises on Settlement Agreements, which includes dealing with all aspect of negotiations for employees who are in dispute with their employer arising from either capability, disciplinary proceedings or otherwise. She has a high degree of success in resolving disputes without recourse to the employment tribunal.
In her spare time, Emma regularly enjoys visiting art galleries and is a member of the Tate. She also a keen long distance runner, having completed half marathons for charity.
